Cleopatra, known as the woman with the most beautiful skin in history. What was her secret? It was milk. Milk basically works for everything you would like to change in your skin.

Do you ever look at models and wish you had their fair skin? I know I do, but how do you get from where you are to where they are without spending a lot of money on skincare products that might or might not work for you? Milk! This face scrub really works and it is much cheaper than those expensive products you would buy in stores.

  • 2 Tsp Boiling water
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered milk
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

  1. Mix the powdered milk and cinnamon into a bowl.
  2. Add the water and honey and mix it thoroughly.
  3. Rub the mixture onto your face, be sure to scrub your face while putting it onto your face as the mixture dries easily.
  4. Leave it on for 15-30 min.
  5. Rinse your face with warm water and then with cold water afterwards to close pores (you could also scrub your face while you wash it off for extra exfoliating)
  6. Moisturise as usual.
  7. Repeat daily until you have reached your desired look.
